GROUP CLASSES

At The Stable, our group classes are the heartbeat of the experience. Each session is thoughtfully programmed with intention—no two days are ever the same, yet every class leaves you feeling accomplished, challenged, and proud. Most classes blend two essential components: strength and conditioning. In the strength segment, we prioritize safety and progression, gradually increasing volume and load as your body adapts. In the conditioning segment, we cultivate endurance, power, and skill, revealing what your body is truly capable of and building functional fitness that translates to life beyond the gym.

KIDS PROGRAM

Our Kids Program introduces children ages 5–13 to strength and conditioning in a fun, engaging way. Drawing on elements of our adult group classes, these age-appropriate sessions focus on movement literacy, coordination, confidence, and agility. Proper technique is always prioritized over speed or load, and workouts often incorporate games to make fitness enjoyable while reducing sedentary habits.
